I'm Mackenzie, based in Colchester. I help trade businesses across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk grow, by building the whole thing that takes somebody from never having heard of you to signing your quote. One man, not an agency. One fixed monthly, and you can leave with a month's notice.
Nearly every agency charges a monthly fee, and I have come across firms taking £3,000 a month with nothing they are actually obliged to produce for it. The client works that out about a year in.
Mine is £750, and everything in it is something you can see working. The site is live, the texts are going out, the missed calls are getting a reply, the reviews are coming in. If you can't see it working, you leave, and it takes a month. I earn the same whether or not we run ads, so when I say ads will pay for themselves it's because your numbers say so, not because I get paid more if you run them.
And I care about the parts most ad people will not touch. Whether the quote got chased. Whether the missed call got rung back. That is usually where the money goes missing, and it is the bit I can actually do something about.
Close enough to come and see the work in person, which matters more than it sounds. I will go further than that if the job is right, and I expect the patch to grow.
One trade per area. If I am running ads for a kitchen fitter in Colchester I will not take another one on. You are not going to be bidding against somebody else I am also working for.
No pitch. I'll ask what a job's worth to you once everything's paid, and whether you could handle more of them. If it's not a fit I'll say so and you've lost ten minutes.
Pick a time that suits you below. You'll get a reminder the day before, and it'll be me ringing, not a call centre.
